Finding your Fence Style

Whether you are looking for privacy, aesthetics or security there are fence options for you! In this introduction to fencing options, we will go over the pros and cons of our most common fencing styles. Let's take a look at vinyl, cedar, and chain link.
Vinyl

With limitless colors, styles, heights, and versatility, vinyl fencing is our most popular and common install.  Our vinyl fencing is made from a PVC material which bolsters a strong and durable exterior coating. A myriad of dyes and molds allows the buyer unlimited purchasing options.  Most vinyl fences come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against fade, warp, and peeling. A simple six foot privacy fence can offer an affordable, durable, clean, and low maintenance fence. However, beware of baseballs with this type of fencing!

Cedar

Known for both beauty and durability, Cedar offers great choices to buyers wanting a classic fence with various designs.  When your lawn mower throws a stray rock or a baseball goes off its mark you won't have to worry about your cedar fence. While cedar pickets are durable, they are wood and are always be subject to decay.  While pressure treated posts are typically used in the construction of our wooden fences, metal post options are also available. Cedar fencing is not as maintenance free as our other options due to the impact of weather and the occasional weed whacker.

Chain Link

While commonly used in commercial projects, chain link can be a great residential option. It is a safe choice if you are looking for both security and durability. Barbed wire can be added on top for additional security. With chain link, customers are provided with unobstructed visibility.  However, slats can be added if one prefers more privacy.

Deciding on the fence that will meet your needs can seem a little overwhelming.  Just remember to prioritize what is important to you. Whether it's price, security, durability or aesthetic, prioritizing is the most important aide in the decision making process.  Make sure to check in with both HOA's and city restrictions.  Unfortunately, they may not love nor allow your style of fence.
