Elevated Deck & Fence is seeking a Project Manager who is highly organized, detail oriented, and a great communicator. Project Managers are responsible for coordinating all design matters relating to projects with clients, ensuring the teams building the projects work together smoothly, and ensuring that timelines are met so projects are delivered on time. Our highly trained professionals are dedicated to helping clients find the perfect solution for their outdoor needs. We are looking for individuals with a passion to build and elevate the contractor experience for our clients. Our focus is deck, fence, and pergola installation. 

Qualifications: 

-3-5 years construction industry experience required. 

-Experience supervising and mentoring employees with different levels of experience and abilities. 

-Detail oriented and organized enough to deliver on project timelines and maintain exceptional communication with clients. 

-Ready to be hands-on, self-driven, highly motivated, team-oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset. Ready to jump in with minimal hand-holding. 

-Quick learner with a passion for building. 

Responsibilities: 

-Create long and short term plans, including target milestones that keep the project running smoothly and on-time. 

-Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them. 

-Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project. 

-Serve as a point of contact for teams and clients to keep everyone informed. 

-Communicate with the Owner on project details, client issues, and timelines. 

-Perform quality control on the project to ensure it meets company standards. 

-Adjust schedules and targets on projects as needed. 

-Spend 2-3 days per week in the field working on projects with the crew, depending on current project demands. 

-Prepare material estimates and cost estimates for the product or service.

Full time position only. 

Pay Rate: $18-30 depending on experience.

Elevated Deck & Fence is looking for a FOREMAN. At Elevated Deck & Fence our highly trained professionals are dedicated to helping clients find the perfect solution for their outdoor needs. Every project is unique and we strive to customize services according to the clients individual needs. We are looking for individuals with a passion to build and elevate the home experience for our clients. As well as someone who has a commitment to quality. Our focus is fence, deck, and staining.

Qualifications: 

• 3 years of construction experience REQUIRED. 
• Must be able to commute to Idaho Falls for work & have reliable transportation. 
• Must be able to communicate and follow instructions.
• Must be accustomed to working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to perform physical activities that require moving your whole body such as pushing, pulling, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials. Ability to lift 50 pounds intermittently. 
• Preparing job sites. 
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Using a variety of tools.

Responsibilities: 

• Plan construction processes.
• Delegate work to team members.
• Follow budgets and manage team finances accordingly.
• Brief team on business updates. 
• Ensure work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety guidelines. 
• On-site training for new employees. 
• Ensure workers follow company policy and procedure.
• Take part in the deck building process.
• Maintain open communication with owner on worksite conditions, updates and possible issues.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients.

Position open for full-time employment.

Wage starts at $25 per hour.
