When you are ready to get started, we’ll meet for an in person estimate to begin bringing your vision to life. We will also invite you to visit our in-office showroom where you can both see and hold the premium materials we have available. Our goal is to help you find the perfect inspiration for your deck or fence and within 48 hours of our meeting, you will receive a finalized estimate detailing every part of your custom project and how it will come to life.
Following that, we encourage you to review the estimate and proposed design that you are given and see if any adjustments need to be made. We encourage you to select the different packages and pricing that best meet your budget and needs.
The next step will be obtaining the proper permits and approvals needed from the city. We emphasize taking this complicated task off your shoulders so that you can have greater peace of mind and focus solely on the dream property that you and we are bringing to life.
After the permits and approvals are received, we will start and complete the build, keeping our focus centered on your specifications. We will do all the appropriate prep work including tree trimming and the identification of property lines. Your build will be completed as quickly as possible, keeping in mind permits, material availability, and weather.
