Steven Frankenberry
Owner / Founder
Originally from a small town in Pennsylvania, Steven moved to Idaho in 2015. Steven graduated from BYUI with a bachelor’s in Exercise science. After graduating, Steven was accepted into several medical schools and planned on starting in 2022. During his gap year (between acceptance and matriculation) he started Elevated. As they had their 3rd child, and the business took off – Steven and his wife Katelyn decided it may be best to pursue construction instead. Steven hasn’t looked back and has an endless passion for building and business. Steven worked for several local fence and deck companies during off track semesters. While attending BYUI, he met his wife who grew up here locally in Shelley, ID. They now have 4 kids and 2 dogs. Steven loves anything hunting/fishing and playing sports. The only time you’ll catch him away from the office is September elk season, or family camping trips.
Jake Snyder
Operations Manager
After graduating from BYU-Idaho with a degree in Biomedical Science, instead of going into the medical field, I felt a pull to go back to my farm-kid roots working outside with my hands. I wanted to do something where I could work with my boys and show them the value of hard work. I started a landscaping company and ran it for a few years before I was approached by Elevated Deck and Fence, with an offer take the position as Operations Manager. After seeing the direction that Elevated was headed, I decided to sell the landscaping company and help build Idaho’s leading deck company. What I enjoy most about being at Elevated Deck and Fence is catching someone’s vision for their outdoor space, and then exceeding their expectations from the design process through the build process. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and 3 kids, hunting for deer and elk, and watching or playing sports.
Shawni Dimond
Office Manager
Expat from Utah but has lived in Idaho for the past 13 years and considers it home.
I love anything and everything outdoors, especially paddle boarding, mountain biking, and hiking with my husband and 5 kids.
Kase Ostler
Lead Builder
Originally from Tri-Cities, Washington, I moved to Idaho to go to school, but along the way I found a bigger passion for building and for taking a customer’s dream and turning it into reality.
I’ve been with Elevated Deck and Fence for a year now and have loved every second of it. As a Lead Builder, I focus on bringing each client’s vision to life in their backyard, with a strong emphasis on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Building has been a part of my life since childhood, having learned the trade from my dad. I look forward to passing those same skills and values on to my own boys one day.
Outside of work, I’ve been married to my beautiful wife for three years, and we have twin boys. I love the outdoors, especially camping and fishing, and I also enjoy traveling the world with my family.
